“Your past is information, not your identity.”
Meet Kiana Simone, Founder of Money in Her Hands.
ABOUT KIANA
Kiana Simone is a Philadelphia native who was raised by a single mother. She grew up close enough to see what financial access could look like, but she was not handed a playbook for credit, protection, wealth-building, or the systems that shape everyday opportunity. She had to learn financial literacy for herself.
After losing her mother in 2022, Kiana became even more intentional about building a life with protection, purpose, and room to enjoy it. Her path through direct-to-direct sales, making her first client, studying life insurance, and learning what it takes to build trust taught her that confidence is not just an aesthetic—it is preparation. It is knowing what you are looking at before you make a move.
Money in Her Hands was created for young women entrepreneurs and women building from the ground up who want a house, a car, protection for the people they love, and the freedom to enjoy their lives without avoiding the financial details. Kiana’s approach is relatable, practical, feminine, and free from judgment. The goal is not dependence on a service provider; it is clearer information, stronger organization, and more capable decision-making.
Money in Her Hands is bigger than one founder. Kiana is developing a structured educational company that can eventually be supported by trained team members who share its standards, values, and commitment to responsible consumer education.

PORTFOLIO & PROOF OF PRACTICE
A credible credit-education practice makes the work visible: the question being solved, the strategy behind the recommendation, the care taken in execution, and the result that can actually be documented.
CLEAR DOCUMENTATION
MEASURED WHERE POSSIBLE
PRIVACY RESPECTED
FOUNDER EXPERIENCE · DOCUMENTED
Building a business around informed next moves
01 · CHALLENGE
Women were being asked to make high-stakes financial decisions without clear explanations, structure, or a judgment-free place to begin.
02 · STRATEGIC APPROACH
Kiana built Money in Her Hands around credit education, consumer-rights awareness, document organization, and fit-based support instead of outcome promises.
03 · EXECUTION
She developed a practical starter guide, a group education pathway, and a private strategy experience that turns complicated questions into organized next steps.
04 · DOCUMENTED RESULT
Founder experience includes scaling businesses to $1 million. This is Kiana’s operating perspective—not a guaranteed client result.
PRACTICE EXAMPLE · EDUCATIONAL
From a confusing report to a review plan
01 · CHALLENGE
A reader cannot tell the difference between a credit report, a credit score, an unfamiliar account, and a possible reporting error.
02 · STRATEGIC APPROACH
Start with education: identify the source document, separate facts from assumptions, and note what requires documentation before action.
03 · EXECUTION
Use a report-reading checklist, gather notices and account records, and create a dated question list for the appropriate next step.
04 · DOCUMENTED RESULT
The intended outcome is a clearer review process. No score increase, deletion, approval, or specific financial result is promised.
CREDIBILITY STANDARD
No invented reviews. No guaranteed outcomes. No private data on display.
The strongest proof is specific, permission-based, and honest about what the work can—and cannot—promise.
FOUNDER EXPERIENCE · DOCUMENTED
Turning scattered paperwork into a decision file
01 · CHALLENGE
Financial documents, denial notices, correspondence, and deadlines are often stored in different places, making follow-through harder.
02 · STRATEGIC APPROACH
Organize the available facts into a simple timeline, document index, and next-action list without requesting sensitive information through a public form.
03 · EXECUTION
Use secure client workflows for private documentation, keep public intake limited to general context, and review the action plan one step at a time.
04 · DOCUMENTED RESULT
The measurable deliverable is an organized file and a documented next-step plan. Individual circumstances and results vary.
The Right Next Step Starts With Clarity.
